HafenCity – The Tide
In the Elbbrücken quarter in Hamburg’s eastern HafenCity, a new, innovatively and sustainably planned ensemble of buildings with a variety of functions is being built on construction sites 113 to 116.
Innovative, Sustainable Building Ensemble
In addition to a Digital Art Museum, which will bring digital art to life, around 600 attractive rental and owner-occupied flats are being built in an exceptional location. An international, publicly funded student residence with a further 260 flats at affordable rents, a day-care centre for children and additional space for commerce and gastronomy round off the quarter.
