Sparkasse Rosenheim

As part of a renovation project the building housing the Sparkasse Rosenheim-Bad Aibling received a new facade construction. The single-skin facade fronting the 3rd – 11th floors was rebuilt to a double-skin facade in a measure that will see a wooden facade supplement the existing punctuated facade. To this end the prefabricated parapets used in the existing building and the ceiling edges was taken down and a new facade system fitted. The supporting structure of the high-rise building was statically strengthened as part of the reconstruction work; moreover, a twelfth storey was added.
