General Motors Stand
At the 2007 North American International Auto Show in Detroit, General Motors’ exhibition stand was designed by George P. Johnson. Werner Sobek was invited to do the structural engineering for the special structures. These special structures are aluminium-clad space trusses, partly protruding up to 16 m, partly being suspended from the ceiling.
