In the immediate vicinity of the main railway station, flats, commercial space, cultural facilities and open spaces with a high quality of stay are being built in Aalen’s Stadtoval. Werner Sobek planned the E12 building project for this area, which consists of two free-standing apartment buildings.

Stadtoval – One of Aalen’s Most Important Urban Development Projects

The two buildings are three and four storeys high respectively. They comprise a total of 25 residential units. A common underground car park offers parking spaces for 28 cars; the total plot area is 1,966 m². The gross floor area of the building project is approx. 4,900 m², of which approx. 3,300 m² above ground and approx. 1,600 m² underground.
