Sophisticated Aesthetics and Sustainability
In Remscheid, Nattler Architekten planned the new construction of a sophisticated company restaurant in the centre of the Vaillant company premises. In addition to the structural and facade engineering, Werner Sobek was also commissioned to analyse the potential of renewable energy sources at the site. The energy concept focussed on the sustainability of the building.
The result is an exclusive staff restaurant with a successful, sustainable combination of exposed concrete, moulded laminated timber beams and a green canopy.
