Over Suspended Walkways to the Trains
Since June 2023, all 28 chalice supports have been in place at the new Stuttgart underground station – a recent film by Deutsche Bahn now shows impressively how the access walkways are attached to the shell roof of the future station concourse. As with the chalice supports, they were designed by Düsseldorf architect Christoph Ingenhoven and planned by Werner Sobek.
