Excelsior Haus

As part of an ESG due diligence, the residential and commercial building Excelsior Haus in Berlin by Werner Sobek was evaluated with regard to the criteria “environmental goal”, “climate protection” and “adaptation to climate change”, which are to be examined according to the EU taxonomy.

The Excelsior Haus is an ensemble of five buildings constructed in the 1960s. The complex has a full basement and includes an underground car park.

ESG Due Diligence – Valuation & Overview

The results report of the analysis provides a detailed overview of the existing qualities of the property with regard to its environmental sustainability. It provides a basis for assessing the building with regard to future requirements and identifies areas for improvement as well as strategic options.
