Dubai Crystal

Dubai Crystal is an urban area development in the United Arab Emirates consisting of residential, hospitality, retail and offices. In addition, two hotels and an academy are planned.

Goal: LEED Gold Certification

The entire project includes two high-rise buildings and 23 multi-storey buildings of various sizes. The development is situated on a podium that serves as a two-storey parking deck with feeder traffic and forms the urban structure above as a pedestrian zone.

The whole project is subject to the goal of LEED Gold certification.
