Subsidised Housing with a Sustainable Energy Concept
The architectural firm Titus Bernhard Architekten planned a residential complex with subsidised flats for the Wohnungsbaugesellschaft der Stadt Augsburg GmbH. In addition to the structural engineering, Werner Sobek was commissioned with the energy concept and thermal building physics for the beautiful project in Reesepark I – the new building achieves the standard of a KfW Efficiency House 55.
