Green Facades for Stuttgart: Q20
The Q 20 in Stuttgart is located on an approx. 8,500 m² construction site. Characteristic of the design are the sloping inner sides of the buildings. Similar to the recently completed Calwer Passage, the facades will be greened to a large extent. The design comes from the architectural office caspar. Werner Sobek was responsible for the planning of the facade and supporting structure.
All in all, a new urban quarter will be created in NeckarPark on a total area of around 22 hectares. The new residential and commercial area is being built on the site of the former freight station.
