Werner Sobek & Aktivhaus: Showcase Project P18
Within a very short space of time, Aktivhaus has realised a project based on the timber modules developed by Werner Sobek that is pioneering the urgently needed paradigm shift in the construction industry. The Stuttgart residential quarter P18 fulfils the requirements for a KFW Efficiency House 40+ and has already received several awards, including the BIM Award 2023, in the year of its completion in 2023.
