Real Estate Award 2023 for P18

Our lighthouse project P18 in Bad Cannstatt has won the IWS Real Estate Award 2023. The award ceremony took place during an evening gala on October 26, 2023 in Stuttgart’s “Alte Reithalle”.

We are very happy about this award!

The PlusEnergy Quarter P18 was built on the basis of Werner Sobek’s Active House modules for the staff of the Bad Cannstatt Clinic. P18 already received a special award for its “exemplary character” at the Stuttgart #jetztklimachen Prize 2023.
