Modernisation of a Landmark
Hamburg’s Heinrich Hertz Tower is being modernised under the leadership of Ingenhoven Architekten – Werner Sobek is responsible for the facade engineering for the conversion of the viewing platform in this exciting project.
The television tower in the Sankt Pauli district is considered a landmark of the city and is a listed building. Its viewing platform at a height of 127 metres is being given a faithful reproduction of the original glass facade.
