Engineering Art to the Power of Three…

We are represented with three articles in the recently published Jahrbuch Ingenieurbaukunst 2023. An article on adaptive structures and facades is dedicated to the demonstrator D1244, the world’s largest adaptive building. In the article “German Engineering at Expo 2020 in Dubai”, our various shading systems receive attention, which provided shade on around 19,000 square metres in the sweltering heat on site. The third report pays tribute to the S-Bahn crossing in Stuttgart’s main railway station and goes into detail about the special requirements of the underground bridge structure.
