Sustainability in the Urban Grid

Together with the State Agency for Lightweight Construction BW and the SFB 1244, Werner Sobek organized a conference on “Sustainability and Mobility in the Built Environment”, focusing in particular on the urban grid.The conference took place on 13 July 2017 in the thyssenkrupp test tower designed and engineered by Werner Sobek. The topics considered comprised future car systems, innovative aerial passenger lines as well as the revolutionary Multi system developed by thyssenkrupp. Baden-Württemberg’s Minister of Economics, Dr Nicole Hoffmeister-Kraut opened the conference.
