Structural Engineering and Climate Change: SOM Foundation Conference

From 14 to 15 October 2022, the International Research and Design Forum of the SOM Foundation will be held in Stuttgart in honour of Werner Sobek.

The event is dedicated to the question of how structural designers can contribute to the reduction of climate-damaging emissions. One focus will be on the latest research and developments from universities and practice.

During the event, Prof. Sobek will be honoured with an award of the SOM Foundation.

The venue for the event is the University of Stuttgart (Keplerstraße 17) in Stuttgart/Germany.
