Who doesn’t know them – the laugh and fact stories with the mouse? This year the mouse celebrates its 50th birthday and on the occasion of this round birthday there is a 4-part anniversary episode. Presenter Armin Maiwald gets to the bottom of the question “How will we build in a cycle-friendly way in the future”? In Dübendorf, Switzerland, there are answers. In the Urban Mining & Recycling experimental unit, part of the NEST research building, research is being conducted into how we will build in the future in the most resource-efficient way possible, how building materials will be recycled and what such a circular building will look like in practice.
