Your responsibilities
- Support of accounting in invoicing, preparatory bookkeeping, cash desk management, travel expense accounting, preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Participation in project controlling and receivables management
- Follow-up and active participation in internal departmental projects
- Responsibility for the further development and documentation of commercial processes at the branch office
- Leadership of back office employees
- Direct cooperation with management
Your profile
- You have a degree in business administration, commercial training, or a comparable qualification
- You have professional experience, ideally in the construction or construction planning industry
- You ideally have initial experience in a leadership role
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally have knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- You think entrepreneurially and possess strong analytical and methodological skills
- You show initiative, work independently, and demonstrate above-average commitment
- You have a strong team spirit as well as a goal- and results-oriented mindset
