Senior Façade Consultant/Façade Project Manager

Your responsibilities

• Lead façade and special structures projects with responsibility for the communication with the client, coordination with our in-house façade designers and façade structural engineers, control the quality of our façade engineering deliverables incl. façade drawings, reports and specifications, overview of the commercial success of the project
• Communicate directly with architects and clients on façade technical and commercial issues
• Produce façade related reports and specifications with different cladding materials
• Besides site inspections, occasionally carry out factory inspections, submittal reviews and tender documents for façade projects
• Being client focused and understand client’s needs

Your profile

• Background in the façade industry working for façade consultants (preferred) or façade contractors
• Minimum 6 years experience with a façade consultancy firm or contractor
• Degree in Façade Engineering or Structural Engineering, or similar proof of experience working in the facade industry in senior position
• Be familiar with agreed fees / scope of services / program
• Having experience in carrying out site, factory and façade mock-up (PMU) inspections
• Being able to work under pressure of tight submission deadlines and coordinate with the Façade Director
