Your responsibilities

  • Establishment of a central purchasing department in cooperation with the Director Finance
  • Supporting the administrative division and project managers in tenders, negotiations and the awarding of subcontractor services
  • Independent analysis of the procurement markets, identification of new contractual partners as well as the maintenance and development of long-term business relationships
  • Autonomous management of contract and price negotiations
  • Responsibility for administrative contract management
  • Ongoing cost optimisation and further development of purchasing strategies and procurement processes
  • Close cooperation with the administrative area and the project managers

Your profile

  • You’ll have successfully completed a commercial training or studies in the field of business administration
  • You have several years of professional experience in the field of purchasing ideally
  • You have a quick comprehension and strong assertiveness, communication and negotiating skills
  • You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
  • You have a very good command of German and English
  • You‘re familiar with MS Office and have experience in the ERP system Navision 2018 ideally
