Your responsibilities
- Working on energy-efficient and architecturally sophisticated projects
- Development of innovative „first principles“ sustainability concepts in coordination with technical disciplines
- Analysis of life cycle emissions and innovative material concepts for building construction
- Handling of certification projects (e.g., DGNB, LEED, BREEAM)
- Ecological material consulting for planning teams and clients throughout all project phases, with a focus on sustainable building materials and low-emission construction methods
- Preparation of building resource passports
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal departments (especially MEP design and building physics)
Your profile
- You have successfully completed your studies in civil engineering, architecture, building physics, environmental engineering, or a related field
- You have several years of professional experience in developing project-specific sustainability concepts, life cycle assessments, and certification processes
- You have excellent skills in analyzing and solving complex challenges
- You are fluent in German; English skills are a plus
- You are willing to take responsibility and actively contribute
- You are motivated and driven to develop sustainable and innovative solutions
