Your responsibilities
- First contact for all IT-related inquiries and problems
- Supporting the international offices via ticket system, telephone, e-mail and remote maintenance
- Maintenance of access management (Active Directory)
- Troubleshooting of IT problems that occur on a daily basis
Your profile
- You have experience in user help desk, installation and maintenance of workstations, laptops, mobile devices and tablets
- You‘re a team player who has a high understanding of service and a friendly demeanor
- You have a quick comprehension and analytical thinking skills
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You’re ready to take on responsibility and play an active role
