Your responsibilities
- Supporting in the acquisition of national and international projects for our worldwide operating office
- Preparation and management of acquisition documents
- Selection and processing of application procedures
- Establishing client contacts and client management
- Preparation of presentations
- Supporting in the preparation of fee proposals
- Assistance tasks (e.g. correspondence, appointment coordination)
Your profile
- You ideally completed your education in a construction-related or commercial field
- You have initial professional experience
- You have good MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite skills
- You have organizational skills and a high level of service understanding
- You’re a team player with strong communication skills
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You’re ready to take on responsibility and play an active role
