Your responsibilities
- Comprehensive legal advice to colleagues, including management and executives in operational business
- Reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, in particular architects‘ and engineers‘ contracts
- Dealing with issues relating to general and international contract and commercial law
- (Co-)supervision of all company insurances, in particular architects‘ liability insurance in Germany and abroad
- Legal support of the operational teams during project implementation
- Preparing legal opinions and statements and decision-making processes
- Preparing and supporting out-of-court and judicial disputes
Your profile
- You’ll have successfully completed your legal studies
- You ideally have professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of law
- You have good knowledge of MS Office
- You have a very good command of German and English
- You have a systematic, efficient and pragmatic way of working
- You are confident and have a committed appearance
